Dr. Katrin Tschupp, DTP
Dr Katrin Tschupp spent more than half of her professional career in the United States, where she practiced as a Physical Therapist at the renowned Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and the University of Florida. Since the inception of her clinical career, she has specialized in outpatient musculoskeletal rehabilitation, completing extensive postgraduate training in both Switzerland and the USA. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine in Florida, where she advanced her mastery of manual therapy based on the internationally recognized concept of Dr Stanley Paris. Her primary clinical interest lies in differential diagnosis within physical therapy—a specialized domain on which she authored her doctoral dissertation and subsequently developed a two-day curriculum that she teaches at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). Alongside her private clinical practice, Dr Tschupp has served as a Lecturer in the Master of Science in Physiotherapy program at ZHAW since September 2017.
