Sandra Kapitza

Dr Sandra Kapitza, MD, is a Board-Certified Neurologist who completed her specialized residency and clinical training at the University Hospital Zurich (USZ). Since 2019, she has served as an Attending Physician (Consultant) in Neurology at the Kantonsspital Baden (KSB), where she has accumulated comprehensive clinical experience across the entire spectrum of neurological disorders. Her primary clinical and research interests lie in neuroimmunological, neuromuscular, and peripheral nerve diseases. At the beginning of 2024, Dr Kapitza was appointed Head of the Neuromuscular Outpatient Clinic at Kantonsspital Baden, a role where she applies her advanced expertise and dedication to these complex specialties. In addition to her leadership at Kantonsspital Baden, she has brought her clinical skill and passion for integrated care to the Prodorso Centre for Spine Medicine since October 2023, collaborating closely within a highly specialized, multidisciplinary team.
